Return Policy

If multiple items are ordered they might be shipped seperately. All warranty will be provided by the manufacturer. All cell phone type items: refunds or exchange within 7 days from date of delivery provided that the product is returned in new condition, packaged in its original box with all original packaging materials, manuals, and warranty cards. We reserve the right to charge a replacement fee, 15% restocking fee or refuse a return if any included materials are missing or damaged or items are found not to be in working condition. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for returns. Please call 216-374-2611. Return Policy. Return policy for desks and laptop cases shall be within 15 days of delivery and returned in new condition with original box and a 15% restocking fee will subtracted from the original purchase price. You must first call for RMA Number for the authorized return of merchandise and the correct address to return to. Buyer is responsible for return postage and any insurance to cover loss or damages in the return. If you have any questions please write to our e-mail address or give us a call at 216-374-2611. Products are not intended to be used while driving but to be used only when the car is parked for safety purposes. Payment is by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check or cash and items are typically shipped by UPS. If a check is returned for NSF a fee will be assessed in the amount of $35 to cover bank costs and money order will need to be sent for the original purchase price and NSF fee. Ohio residents will be charged sales tax. No information regarding your account or order is shared with any other source. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the store owners, its parent, subsidiaries, or affliates, or their repective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or indirect damages (including but not limited to loss of data, use or profits), however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, of otherwise and whether or not this company has been advisesd of the possibility of any such damages. You agree that the company parties maximum liability arising from any product sold shall not exceed the price of such product.
